- 900 gr. thinly chopped chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. l chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp. l crushed dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. orange juice, or freshly squeezed juice 3 oranges
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. l chopped chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 bunillo rolls
- Avocado slices, for serving
- Shredded Iceberg Salad for Serving
- Olive oil to serve
- Red wine vinegar for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Put the chicken meat in a 22×32 cm glass dish. Salt and pepper well. Pour oregano and thyme and that’s it mix thoroughly. Pour the chicken with orange juice and leave marinate for 10 minutes.
