  1. Pour buckwheat into the stewpan, pour water so that it cover it by 2 cm, bring to a boil, salt and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes until tender. Then drain the water.
  2. Remove the stalk from a tomato and cut into a cube, drain from chickpeas water.
  3. Add cream, tomatoes and chickpeas to buckwheat, simmer until thickening, stirring. Enjoy your meal!
