  1. Beans cut off the tips and tails. Chop each pod into three parts. Boil the beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then place in a bowl of cold water. Allow to lie down for a minute, then recline on colander.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. Pour cream into a stewpan, bring to a boil, add cheese and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper on to taste.
  4. Then add beans to the sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Serve beans in cheese sauce can be both hot and in the cold.
