- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. mint leaves or cilantro for marinade
- 1 tbsp. natural yogurt
- 1/2 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp. l chopped mint for dressing
- Mix of lettuce leaves

- In a blender, mix lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oils, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and mint leaves or cilantro. Beat until smooth and pour chicken as marinade.
