Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. (approximately 340 gr.) frozen corrugated potatoes fries
  • 6 to 8 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Art. blanched almonds
  • 3/4 Art. olive oil plus some more
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Pita chips and / or vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, bell pepper) to dip in sauce

Recipe preparation:
