Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr fresh or frozen pizza dough or bread (defrost)
- 2 diced (about 2 tbsp.) Boiled chicken breasts halves
- 1 tbsp. sliced mushrooms
- 1.5 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tsp garlic flakes
- 1/2 tbsp. pitted olives calamata
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 Art. pine nuts
- 1 serving of cherry tomato salad (see recipe below)
Cherry Tomato Salad:
- 2 tbsp. red cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes halves
- 2 tbsp. yellow cherry tomatoes halves
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Coarse salt and black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Roll the dough into a large rectangle and place it on a large baking sheet. Lay out on mozzarella dough, leaving an edge of 1 cm., then sprinkle pizza on top cheese flakes of garlic. Add chicken, mushrooms, and calamata olives. Sprinkle everything on top with feta cheese and then oregano. Bake 10-12 min. until the base is golden brown and the cheese will melt. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with salad from Cherry Tomatoes. Cherry Tomato Salad: In a medium bowl size mix cherry tomatoes with basil. In a small bowl beat wine vinegar, butter and Dijon mustard. Add dressing into tomatoes and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
