This is one of the traditional dishes of Turkish cuisine. Can do with other toppings: fried eggplant, mashed potatoes or minced meat fried with onions. At home you are free cook, taking into account your taste preferences.

- Sift flour with salt and yeast into a bowl. Pour 1/2 cup olive oil, 50 ml. water and knead the dough. It should be Smooth and do not stick to your hands.
- Divide the dough into balls the size of an apple, spread on a tray and cover with a towel. We put the dough in a warm place and leave on 40 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Mine spinach, chop coarsely, add to the onion and simmer for 5 minutes under closed lid. Pepper, salt and let cool. Three cheese on a large grate and mix with spinach.
- Roll the dough balls into a thin cake and cut it in half. On a quarter circle with a thin layer, put the filling.
- We cover with the second quarter of the circle and press along the edges. Flat cake lightly grease with olive oil.
- We heat the dry pan strongly and fry the cake until golden color. Enjoy your meal!
