- 1/3 Art. chopped dates (about 8 pieces)
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. brown rice flour
- 3/4 Art. ground almonds
- 1/4 Art. tapioca starch
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Art. cold diced butter
- 1 tbsp. grated cheddar
Apple pie jam
- 3 tbsp. peeled and diced sour apples
- 2/3 Art. orange juice
- 1/4 Art. lemon juice
- 2 tsp finely grated orange zest
- 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. Sahara
- 50 gr liquid pectin

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160 ° C and grease square for baking with a side of 20 cm.

- Jam for apple pie. Mix apples in a saucepan. with orange and lemon juice, orange zest, ginger and cinnamon. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, until apples soften. Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes, until apples will become translucent. Remove the jam from the heat and stir in the pectin. Place in sterilized jars with lids following the procedure safe canning. Either cool the jam and store in refrigerator for 3 months.
