  1. Finely chop the red pepper and greens, chop the garlic, mix everything.
  2. Wash medium-sized green tomatoes and cut them to middle (side).
  3. Fill the tomato cut with chopped herbs and place in wide-necked container.
  4. Shift each layer with bay leaf, herbs and seasonings.
  5. Pour tomatoes with cold brine. We will prepare a pickle from 10 liters of water and 650 grams of salt.
  6. Cover the tomatoes with a flat plate and place the load on top. The surface of the brine will need to be sprinkled with mustard powder to avoid mold on our tomatoes.
