  1. I pass the hot pepper, garlic and carrots through a meat grinder or You can also use a food processor, a blender. Received mix well.
  2. I make a small incision in tomatoes and spread a teaspoon mixture inside.
  3. Gently spread the tomatoes inside the jar.
  4. I cook marinade separately: add salt, sugar to the water, mix and bring to a boil, then add vinegar, more I mix and pour all the cans with the marinade.
  5. Cover with a clean lid and send sterilized for 30 minutes, I count the time after boiling water.
  6. Then I roll the lids, turn the cans over and cover with a blanket until completely cooled. I send for long-term storage in cellar.
