- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red onion head
- 3 minced cloves of garlic
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp. tomato juice
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh basil
- 1 lime juice
- Tabasco sauce
