Ingredients for the recipe:
- 0.7 kg tomatoes on a branch, peeled and peeled and chopped
- Tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. peeled and chopped cucumbers
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1 small jalapeno, peeled and minced
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 1 lime juice
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcester sauce
- 0.5 tsp fried, ground zira
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Fill the 6 liter pot with half water, place on strong fire and bring to a boil.
- Cross-cut incisions on the bottom of each tomato in the form of X. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds, then transfer to ice water and cool so that they can be kept, for about 1 minute. Remove from the water and pat dry.
- Peel tomatoes, peels, and seeds. Cleansing seed tomatoes, put the pulp and seeds in a fine sieve, set over a bowl to collect juice. Squeeze as much as possible more juice and then add enough purchased tomato juice to get 1 tbsp total
- Put the tomatoes and juice in a large bowl. Add the cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, garlic clove, olive oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, Worcester sauce, zira, salt and pepper and mix.
- Pour 1.5 tbsp. mix in a blender and grind for 15-20 seconds at high speed. Pour the rubbed mixture back into bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Serve sprinkled with thinly sliced basil.
