  1. Pour milk, dry sourdough into a convenient dish pour into milk and mix.
  2. Pour milk with bacteria into clean and sterile jars. Screw the lids onto the cans. Set them in a yogurt maker. Temperature should be between 37 and 39 degrees. Leave to cook for 8 hours.
  3. Wash the apple thoroughly, wrap it in foil and place in oven for 20 minutes (temperature 200).
  4. Remove the peel from the apple. Remember the apple with a fork.
  5. After 8 hours, the yogurt should be kept for 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. Mix applesauce with chilled yogurt.
