Frozen Banana Smoothie Bowl

With this recipe you can make a delicious smoothie and drink like a hearty drink or refine it and make a smoothie bowl to it turned out a more dense and healthy dessert. Smoothie

  • 1 tbsp. assorted frozen berries (blueberries, currants, Strawberry)
  • 3/4 Art. orange juice
  • 1/4 Art. low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Smoothie Bowl Toppings

  • 1/4 Art. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 Art. fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l granola (dry breakfast)
  • 1 tsp chia seed

Recipe preparation:

  1. Smoothie: mix berries, orange juice in a blender, yogurt, banana and honey, if used, and chop until homogeneous consistency.
  2. Bowl: Pour a smoothie into the bowl. Top with blueberries, raspberries, vanilla yogurt and granola. Sprinkle chia seeds.
