- Prepare the products.
- Cook porridge from oatmeal. For this boil 2 cups water and pour in flakes, mix and cook for 15 minutes.
- Separate the yolks from the proteins.
- Add sugar and porridge to the yolks, mix.
- Beat the whites until foam.
- Add the proteins to the porridge and mix gently, the dough is ready.
- Bake on both sides.
