- Break eggs into a mixing bowl. Put salt and sugar.
- Beat eggs with a blender or whisk.
- Add kefir and mix.
- Sift the flour. Pour flour into a bowl gradually, constantly stirring.
- Add soda to the mixture. Mix well again. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil. The dough is ready.
- Pour and heat oil into a well-heated skillet. Pour the dough with a tablespoon at the rate of one tablespoon – one the pancake. Oven on each side for 1 minute until golden colors.
- Put the pancakes on a plate in a slide. Enjoy your meal!
