Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. sliced 1 cm thick. fresh okra
- 6 tbsp. cooking oils
- 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 tbsp. wheat flour
- 2 tsp homemade seasoning (see recipe below)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. buttermilk
Homemade seasoning:
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 Art. ground black pepper
- 1/4 Art. garlic powder

Recipe preparation:
