- 450 gr small kohlrabi fruits (approximately 1 bunch)
- 1 bunch of watercress

- 1 tbsp. l melted duck fat or another 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) butter
- 2 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Peel kohlrabi with a peeler and cut into strips of length 5 see Throw out the coarse cress stalks. In big heavy in a frying pan over medium heat, heat butter and left duck fat until the foam settles and fry kohlrabi, stirring until it becomes crispy and soft, 5-10 minutes.
