- Cut bell pepper into large pieces.
- Pour 1-2 tbsp into the pan. sunflower oil, warm and put chopped peppers there.
- Salt, add paprika and dry garlic.
- Fry pepper over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring regularly. When pepper is fried put it on a plate.
- Add 1 tablespoon to the same pan. sunflower oil and break the eggs so as not to damage the yolk.
- Salt and cover the pan and fry on a slow fire for 2-3 minutes.
- Gently lay the eggs on a plate of fried pepper. Decorate cherry tomatoes and herbs. Enjoy your meal.
