For this salsa you can even use the remaining ears of popcorn that are already the next day not very tasty to eat cold. Mix the beans with canned beans, vegetables, spices, season with lime juice and eat, scooping up with crispy corn chips that you can cook yourself from tortilla in the oven. - 4 ears of corn, peeled or 4.5 tbsp. frozen or canned corn kernels
- 1 can (800 gr.) Canned tomatoes in one’s own juice, diced, drain well
- 1 can (425 gr.) Canned black beans, liquid drain, rinse the beans
- Half medium red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pod, peeled, chopped cubes
- 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp. l lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 15 corn tortillas

Salsa:
Preheat the street grill or grill pan to moderate heat.
