  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1 cm slices. Cut cod with small squares. Tomato slices, onion rings. Lettuce leaves Narva arbitrarily.
  3. Transfer potatoes to a baking dish, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with garlic and dried parsley. Drizzle with oil and bake for 30 minutes until cooked.
  4. In a bowl, mix eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Into the second bowl pour breadcrumbs in the third – flour.
  5. Roll pieces of fish first in flour, then in egg and then breadcrumbs.
  6. Form two cutlets from the fish mixture and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Cut buns in half and warm from the inside 1 minute in a dry skillet.
  8. Spread buns on the inside with tartar sauce. On one put half the rolls on the salad, fish, tomato, onion, lettuce and close with the second half of the bun.
  9. Remove the potatoes from the oven and put on a plate to the burger.
