Fajitos with beef and chimichurri sauce

Marinade:

  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l honey
  • 1/2 -1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 crushed cloves of garlic
  • Salt and crushed black pepper

Chimichurri:

  • 4 halved pits with a cavity inside
  • 4-8 slices of hawarti cheese
  • 1 minced jalapenos (remove seeds and jumpers)
  • 1 chopped small head of red onion
  • 1 sliced 0.5 cm. From root to apex head spanish onions
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro with tender stems
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley with tender stems
  • 1 sliced 0.5 cm. Orange pepper
  • 1 sliced 0.5 cm. Yellow pepper
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • 2 lime juice
  • 2 grated small cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l canola oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. For marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic, a little salt and pepper. Put meat in a large bag for freezing or in a baking dish and pour the marinade. Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes. or up to 3 hours in a refrigerator.
