I love doing homework for the winter, because I know how It is pleasant to get a jar from the bins and to please loved ones. To everyone I recommend the eggplant recipe with tomatoes – it is very tasty.

  1. Put tomatoes in boiling water, making cuts on them crosswise (lower and immediately get it).
  2. Cut the eggplant into medium slices.
  3. We pour tomatoes with very cold water – this will help to remove them peel. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
  4. In a pan, we heat the vegetable oil and fry eggplant.
  5. Finely chop the garlic.
  6. Mix chopped tomatoes in a pan, add a little aromatic oil and garlic.
  7. Add eggplant to the total mass.
  8. Mix all the products and put on the stove for 5 minutes. In the end stew vegetables put pepper peas. Add chopped dill in the pan and mix everything.
  9. We put eggplant with garlic and tomatoes in a jar, shifting them with a pair of thyme branches.
  10. Close the jar and sterilize it along with the contents. Can do it in boiling water, enough for 15 minutes.
  11. We store our workpiece in the refrigerator.
