Recipe preparation:
- In a small dry frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, heat the salt, chili powder and red pepper until the flavor starts, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and crumble oregano into the mixture.
- Boil edamame pods in salted water until tender, about 8 minutes. Fold in a colander and dry. Shuffle edamame pods with a mixture of spices and serve warm.
