  1. Egg whites, separated from the yolks, need to be beaten until strong foam.
  2. In a separate container, mix baking powder, flour, soda, salt and sugar, melted butter, egg yolks, kefir.
  3. Beat the mixture until smooth. Gently add to the mass squirrels.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of dough in a pan with butter. As soon as the dough bubbles up at the edges, immediately flip. Fry all the donuts until golden brown.
