  1. Soaked candied fruits.
  2. Put ricotta in a sieve covered with gauze. Pick up the ends cheesecloth over cheese, place a load on top and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add sugar and, stirring, lightly caramelize it over low heat.
  4. Add candied fruit, mix and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream and simmer until thick. Remove from heat and cool in the cold 30 minutes.
  5. Mix the oil mass with ricotta. Pasochnitsa cover with gauze. Put our mixture in the gingerbread man, cover loose ends of gauze and place under oppression for 8 hours fridge.
  6. Then gently turn it over onto the plate. Delete the pasochnitsa. Carefully remove the cheesecloth.
