The simplest, but very tasty and satisfying homemade dumplings, cooked with potatoes. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tip. If you add butter and a pinch to the filling nutmeg, then the dumplings will be more tender, aromatic and unusual. Try to do it!

- Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, water, vegetable butter and knead a very cool dough. Wrap the dough in a film and leave to rest for at least an hour. The dough is elastic not torn and not boiled.
- We clean the potatoes, wash it, set to cook in lightly salted water.
- We clean, wash and cut onions. Browning it in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.

- Take the dough, crush it, roll it into a sausage, cut it 1.5 cm thick slices. Sprinkle the slices a little with flour. The dough is best divided into parts, for convenience.
