  1. Soak drying for 30 minutes in warm water.
  2. While the drying is soaked, put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add the egg, sugar, semolina to it and mix with a mixer until homogeneous air consistency.
  3. After 30 minutes, we get drying out of the water.
  4. We put a frying pan on gas, pour oil and wait until it is will start to bubble. Once the oil has warmed up, put it in it drying, put curd mass in the ear. Once drying browned, flip them to the other side.
  5. Let the dryers cool slightly and serve with sour cream.
