  1. Sort dry beans. Pour cold boiled water and leave to swell for 10-12 hours under the lid, preferably in the fridge.
  2. Put the pot with the same liquid on minimum heat, under bring the lid to a boil and cook over low heat for 1.5-2 hours softness.
  3. Grind the greens, cut the onion into small cubes.
  4. Chop the nuts with a knife, chop the garlic finely.
  5. Put onion, herbs, nuts and garlic to the beans, mix, add salt and red pepper to taste.
  6. Mix well, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  7. Lobio cool or serve hot.
