  1. One and a half teaspoons of gelatin pour 3 tablespoons of cream and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise in half and extract the seeds.

  3. Mix the remaining cream, sugar and vanilla seeds and pour the mixture into stew-pan. Cream must be heated, but not brought to a boil.

  4. Pour the hot cream into the gelatin and stir until the gelatin completely dissolved. Then strain the mixture through a sieve.

  5. Put the silicone mold on the tray and fill in half the resulting mixture.

  6. Cool the mold first at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator.

  7. You need to set aside 100-200 grams of strawberries, and cut the rest in small cubes.

  8. Pour 250 ml of water into the pan, add lemon juice and the remaining sugar, add chopped strawberries. Bring water to boil, immediately remove the pan from the stove and leave it closed cover for 10 minutes.

  9. While the strawberries are boiling, you need to soak the remaining gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water and leave it for 10 minutes to swell.

  10. Pour the prepared gelatin into boiled strawberries and stir until complete dissolution. Strain the mixture through a sieve and completely cool.

  11. Pour the cold mixture into the mold to the frozen cream jelly and put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  12. Take the jelly out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Flip over on the dish and free from form. You can decorate the dessert with the remaining berries of strawberries.
