- 110 gr. butter, melt and cool, plus for lubrication

Recipe preparation:
- In a large container, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In a medium bowl mix well with a whisk the eggs, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter. Add the egg mass to the flour and all mix.
- Heat medium or large griddle over medium low heat. non-stick pan; lightly grease with butter. Pour in 1/4 Art. dough (for each pancake) and cook for about 3 minutes, until no bubbles appear on top, and the bottom is slightly browned. (If a Pancakes do not have time to bake, turn down the fire.) Turn over and keep cooking until golden on the other hand, yet about 1 min Transfer to a dish. Repeat with the remaining test, lubricate the pan with additional oil if necessary. Serve with butter and syrup.
