Dill sprinkled goat cheese

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the goat cheese packaging in the freezer so that it hardened a little, about 15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the dill and place it on a cutting board, to dry it for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the goat cheese from its packaging. Gently roll it in fresh dill, almost completely covering its surface with greenery. Cheese should look like it is covered with moss.
  4. Gently wrap the cheese tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate before serving. Serve on crackers.
