Then don’t pass this recipe, and cook at home a delicious diet berry jelly! Such jelly made from cherries and mulberries, honey as a sweetener.

- Grind cherries and mulberries to a puree state using blender.
- Wipe the resulting mashed potatoes through a sieve.
- Separate gelatin separately in water (200 g). In kefir add some honey and vanilla. Add 1/3 diluted gelatin. Pour half the kefir mixture into a bowl or a glass. We clean in refrigerator for freezing.
- In the puree, add the remaining honey and the rest of the gelatin. On frozen kefir jelly pour the second layer of mashed potatoes.
- Pour the third layer of kefir onto two frozen layers, remove in refrigerator until completely solidified.
