1. Rinse the strawberries well and remove the stalks.
2. Whip cream until a thick foam. You can add sugar to them powder and beat again.
3. From each strawberry, cut the third part with a sharp side.
4. Place the strawberries on the dish with the wide part down. Cream neatly put in a confectionery syringe.
5. Apply a few layers of cream to the strawberry half, and on top put a hat.
6. Eyes can be made from poppy or chocolate.
