- Sugar
- 1/4 Art. raspberry jam
- 1/3 Art. mascarpone cheese or cream cheese philadelphia
- 3 tbsp. l powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- Fresh raspberries, roasted almonds and icing sugar, for sprinkles

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the baking sheet in the oven to 230 ° C. Roll out the dough on slightly floured work surface in a round layer 30 cm in diameter. Grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Transfer the dough to a hot baking sheet and bake until golden color, approximately 8 min. Spread with raspberry jam and continue to bake another 2 minutes. Take out pizza from the oven and a little cool.
- Mix cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla powder and distribute on pizza. Put raspberries on top and sprinkle almonds and powdered sugar.
