- Soak gelatin in cold water, set aside to swell 15 minutes.
- Beat the curd into a homogeneous mass.
- Add the condensed milk, vanillin and whisk everything.
- Swollen gelatin, not boiling, dissolve on slow the fire. Insert gelatin in a thin stream into the prepared curd mass, beat mass until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone Christmas tree shape. Put the mass at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Peel the kiwi, cut into thin circles.
- Put the Christmas tree jelly on a dish, garnish with kiwi and grains grenade.
