  1. Rub the cheese on a grater. Finely chop the jalapero pepper. We clean potatoes and rub on a coarse grater.
  2. Mix flour with water for batter.
  3. We put a pot of water on gas, boil it in boiling water lower the potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Potato should become soft and keep fit, in no case overcooked.
  4. The potato has reached the desired state, drain the hot broth, pour some cold water. Next, gently squeeze the potatoes, in order to remove excess moisture, potatoes should not turn into mashed potatoes.
  5. Add the panir to the potatoes, pepper, salt, mix.
  6. We form oval meatballs from a mixture of potatoes and cheese, it turns out somewhere 24 pcs.
  7. We take a deep frying pan, heat the oil in it for medium-high fire (oil level should reach 3.5 cm.). To determine if the oil has warmed up, dip a little mixture into it, it should hiss and float, then the oil has warmed up.
  8. Gently, one at a time, lower the meatballs into the prepared batter, then into hot oil. Turn over periodically to meatballs evenly fried until golden brown.
  9. We get the meatballs using a slotted spoon in spread on paper napkins.
  10. Serve hot. Perfectly combined with ketchup.
