Surfing the Internet in search of diet food, I stumbled upon Ducan’s recipes. If anyone does not know Pierre Ducane – nutritionist whose diet is to consume large amount of protein with a minimum of fat and harmful carbohydrates. And me Interested in the recipe for chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and yogurt sauce. Of course, I, as a “true” culinary, upgraded it a bit to myself, and I got cutlets – a protein shot. Changes the recipe was to replace low fat foods with foods with content, in my opinion, to the extent of healthy fats. Despite, that the recipe includes “dry” chicken breast products and cottage cheese, cutlets are juicy, tender and incredibly delicious. I myself was surprised by the great taste of cutlets, complemented with aromatic and piquant yogurt sauce.

  1. Scroll the minced chicken in the meat grinder.
  2. Add the egg, salt, cottage cheese to the minced meat and mix the minced meat until homogeneous consistency.
  3. Put the pan on the stove, grease it with sunflower oil.
  4. Wet your hands and form cutlets from minced meat. Fry cutlets on both sides for 3 minutes each.
  5. Make the sauce. Pass garlic through a press, chop greenery. Put the garlic and herbs in a bowl, pour over yogurt and well mix. If you are a salt lover, you can add a little salt to the sauce ( me without salt). Serve hot protein cutlets yogurt sauce. Enjoy your meal.
