- Break the eggs into the saucepan, add another egg yolk, vanillin and sugar, beat all the products until a white froth.
- Whip the cream, mix them with beaten eggs.
- Pour this creamy mixture into 6 cups.
- Pour water to the bottom of the yogurt maker (to the “max” mark).
- Turn on the yogurt maker for 27 minutes.
- Remove the yogurt cups with custard, give the cream cool a little, close the jars with lids and remove them in fridge.
