I, as a person who tried recipes for 20 pancakes, argue that these pancakes are simply the best! Everyone agrees with me tried it. Even my mother confirms that they are tastier than her. Incredibly tender (including due to the lack of eggs in the dough), ruddy, lace! Made from a minimum of foods, acid and taste kefir is not felt at all. I urge everyone to try to do it! - Kefir mixed with soda, sugar and salt.
- Add flour and stir so that there are no lumps.
- While stirring, gradually pour boiling water.
- Now add oil and mix.
- Bake pancakes in a GOODly heated pan greased oil, best with non-stick coating. ATTENTION: fire should be slightly above average, and the pan is well heated! Pancakes are baked very quickly, only then they are tender and porous.
- While ready-made pancakes cool, make the filling: cottage cheese mix with sugar, vanilla, melted butter and sour cream (adjust the consistency with the amount of sour cream, put first 2 tablespoon and stir everything).
- Wrap the filling in pancakes. I cook a lot and freeze part.
