Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. l grated onion
  • 1 red bell pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and onions in a small a bowl. Cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the core and seeds. Serve curry sauce in chopped pepper halves fresh vegetables. In the next version of the same sauce recipe, curry paste was added instead of a loose mixture.
