- First of all, we separate the proteins from the yolks.
- Mix yolks with cottage cheese, flour, grated apples and honey.
- Whisk the whites with a blender in a fluffy foam and carefully add to dough. Shuffle.
- We heat the pan (it is possible dry, but it is possible with oil) and lay out the dough. On top of each add a little raisins so that it stayed in the middle. Fry all the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve better with fresh fruit, sprinkled with cinnamon.
