- In 150 ml of kefir add 1/2 tsp. soda, leave for 2 minutes pay off.
- Add 1 egg, a pinch of salt, sugar to taste (or 3 tbsp), 1/2 tsp cinnamon and mix.
- Add 180 g of cottage cheese of any fat content, break the lumps and mix.
- Pour the sifted flour in parts, about 100 g, mix.
- In a preheated pan with a little oil put 1 tbsp. mass, fry under the lid over low heat until golden color.
- Serve with jam or sour cream.
