This delicious cottage cheese breakfast was invented by my mother. In childhood, I I didn’t like to eat cottage cheese, but in such a combination it looks like exquisite a dessert that can be made at home in minutes! In that I used blueberries in the recipe, but you can make this yummy any fruits and berries found in the refrigerator. Highly deliciously obtained with apple, peach, strawberries.

- Prepare the products:
- In a small saucepan, put sour cream, cocoa, sugar, heat on maximum fire. I added 1 teaspoon of sugar, as I like, to make the sauce look like bitter chocolate. You can add any amount of sugar, depending on your taste.
- Stir the sauce well, break the lumps of cocoa. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
- Put half the cottage cheese in a bowl, pour half chocolate sauce, sprinkle with half the berries on top.
- Then spread the remaining ingredients in the same order. Your breakfast is ready, bon appetit!
