- I form small balls and roll them a little in flour.
- I warm a large amount of sunflower oil in stew-pan.
- I drop the curd balls into the well-heated oil, fry stirring constantly to get uniform color and frying, minutes 7-10.
- I spread it on paper towels. When completely cooled sprinkle with icing sugar
