Cucumber salad

  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 2 tsp dried dill or 2 tbsp. l fresh

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut thin slices. Finely chop the onion in half rings. In a colander, mix cucumbers and onions with salt and let stand for 20 minutes to stood out and a stack of juice. Squeeze the liquid out of the vegetables and rinse them cold water. In a medium-sized bowl, combine vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Add cucumbers with onions and mix everything. Add the dill.
