Recipes. volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 cut in half along the French baguette (30-35 cm.)
  • 450 gr disassembled into regular fiber pork (not glazed and not barbecue)
  • 225 – 280 gr. sliced ham
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 4 tbsp. l mustard
  • 10 – 12 slices of pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp. l grape seed oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. To make a sandwich, grease the inside with butter the top and bottom of each baguette, put them in a pan, set on medium heat and fry until crispy rosy crusts. When the bread is toasted, remove the baguettes from the pan and start collecting a sandwich: a tablespoon of mustard, 110 gr. pork 2 slices of cucumber, 55-85 gr. ham and 2 slices of swiss cheese.
  2. After you put all the ingredients together, put them back in pan over medium heat and heat oil. Spread in batches sandwiches and press on top with a heavy frying pan. Grill until crisp outside, 1-2 min. Then flip and repeat the process on the other side. When the sandwiches will be fried with both sides, remove them from the pan and repeat the same steps with the remaining sandwiches. Serve.
