Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr chicken liver
  • 5 tbsp. l chicken fat or olive oil
  • 1 onion, chop
  • 1 small sprig of fresh thyme
  • 1/4 Art. sherry
  • 1 tbsp. crushed salted crackers
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh parsley
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Hard boiled eggs and radishes for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Dry the liver, salt and pepper. Fry the liver in pan with 3 tbsp. l stirring chicken fat for 7 minutes; put in a food processor.
  2. Add another 2 tbsp to the same pan. l fat, onions and thyme, cook for 8 minutes. Stir in sherry and cook for 1 min; Add to food processor along with crackers, egg and parsley. Grind to a pasty state; Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill, then spread the fried bread with a paste. Sprinkle Crostini boiled egg and lay on top sliced radish.
