  • 1 tbsp. chopped green onions

  • 2 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. seedless red grapes, cut berries in half
  • 250 gr cheese provolone, diced in 1 cm.
  • 1/2 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh chives chopped with scissors
  • Soft whole grain sandwich bread, served

Recipe:
