Crispy Buffalo Zucchini in the Oven

And now the most important thing is make Buffalo sauce, thanks to which everyone loves the taste of those most wings. Combine hot sauce, butter and vinegar and pour crispy zucchini sticks on the sauce. Serve them the same way like buffalo wings – with blue cheese and celery sticks and carrots.   • 0.5 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp. l white vinegar 5%
  • 1/4 Art. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 Art. celery leaf
  • Celery sticks and carrots (optional)
  • Special equipment: 2 baking grids, 2 baking tray

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place 2 grills on the lower and upper levels of the oven and heat it to 220 ° C. Place baking racks on baking sheets and sprinkle them generously with a cooking spray.
  2. In a large bag with ziplock mix flour, 0.5 tsp. salt and Cayenne pepper. In another large bag, mix the eggs and 0.5 tsp. salt. In the third package, mix the panko breadcrumbs and 0.5 tsp salt.
  3. Cut zucchini into sticks measuring 7.5×0.5 cm. In the first package put half of all zucchini sticks and shake well to roll them in flour. Remove the chopsticks and brush off the excess flour. Put them in a bag of eggs and shake them just as well massage with your hands so that the zucchini is covered with egg mixture. Then transfer them to a bag with breadcrumbs and completely roll. Shift them on prepared baking sheets and generously sprinkle with a culinary spray. Repeat the same with the remaining zucchini.
  4. Bake until golden brown and soft for 25-30 minutes. Вin the middle of baking, swap baking sheets.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the buffalo sauce: in a small stew mix hot sauce, butter and vinegar and heat over medium heat, stirring until oil melts. Remove the saucepan from the stove and cover so that the sauce does not cool.
  6. Spread the fried zucchini on a platter and sprinkle with sauce buffalo. Sprinkle blue cheese and celery on top. By Serve with chopsticks of celery and carrots.
